West Chester Lacrosse Association

West Chester Field Hockey Spring Skills is designed to give field hockey players, at all levels, a strong foundation of stick skills while incorporating small sided scrimmages to enhance game performance. For our younger groups, 1st-4th grade, our focus is to set a solid foundation and grow the love of the game. For our older groups, 5th-8th grade, we build upon that solid foundation of skills and encourage creativity within game-like scenarios.

Before the season begins, we will roster your player to a Team Snap age group team. The roster will include all of the players who signed up for that particular age group. (Players will be grouped into smaller groups at the sessions). This will allow us to effectively communicate with you throughout our Skills session.
